Unreal that baseball season is about to start, again. And truthfully, after each and every year passes, I care less and less. Why the hell is the baseball season 162 games? I just do not understand it. Shouldn't the freaking thing be like 80-100 games. That way, no one would be fed up with it after July ended.
And speaking of being fed up with things, is anyone else annoyed by the shear amount of read equal signs there are on Facebook? I think it's nuts. Sure, you did nothing to support the cause at all. But hey, putting up a red equals sign on Facebook is minimal effort, and probably stands for something you do not actually care all much about.
My last random thought, I am going to have to start posting mock drafts for the NFL soon. Also, why do we not use this blog as much as we used too? Finally, how is it that I've hung out with both Tim and Steve like 3 times in the past 2 weeks and we did a grand total of 0 podcasts? BULL!

I don't think it needs to go down to 80 games. I personally think 108 games would be ideal. Start the season April 1, go 18 weeks to mid-september. Play 6 games a week. Done
ReplyDeleteGood Luck... Getting Baseball historians to vote talented people into the Hall of Fame is hard enough let alone changing their beloved schedule.
