Radio

As you may or may not know I currently do a radio show for my school. This year a friend and I have decided to do a sports show. We finally have the equipment to record shows so I wanted to post our latest show for you guys to give it a listen. The first 15 minutes are just stadium jams before the actual show. We decided to do a PTI approach to the show and I plugged the ACSS a few times. So without further comment enjoy: Click Here To Download Show

  1. So far so good Dan. I did explain how the schedule worked on an article

    Thanks for listening

You say garbage to much, and are a little dry, but I like the dry humor.

  2. YESSSS!!!!!!! It is my Heisman!!!!!

It would be IU's first trophy even though Anthony Thompson got Robbed in

Anyway, the award being vacated has more meaning then giving it to the second place winner. It shows what happens when the rules are broken. If this happens any year that Vince Young doesn't finish second, like McFadden twice, nobody would want it to go to second place.

  3. How did I end up redirected to the Lingerie Football League youtube video? Admiral Ackbar, I believe, has something to say about this!

Anyway I'll be listening in the next hour.

  4. I did realize how much I say garbage, that will change a tad by next show I am sure.

I don't know how I missed that article on the scheduling either way I now know.

Let me know if you guys have any other suggestions/requests

  5. If there's one thing I would suggest, it's just to relax a bit. I'm not sure how you guys prepare, and it's just a first show, it definitely takes a while to get your feet wet, so be accepting of the fact that you're radio n00bs and things will sound more and more natural.

We had some kids at IU who did a sports radio show every Sunday night for like three years and are now both working for minor-league baseball teams in the radio booth. So keep it up.

  6. interesting suggestion. I have done this awhile and I didn't feel nervous so maybe we will loosen the structure of the show a touch
